At Momiji Wellness, we want you to love your candle purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: You may return unused candles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Condition: Candles must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email us at momijiwellness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
